Needed to get a confirmation from the Narrator prior to answering, any of the Former Kolgul Militiagogs or Goblin Vandals, Slavers, Raiders, and Kingz won as rewards are as per the npc versions used on page 88 of the Goblin Lands source book. These versions have the necessary leyas skills, but not the additional special trainings so CANNOT be used to teach. For example, the normal goblin king has rapid throw +2, melee strike +2 and tribal fury. These npc versions do not have those special trainings listed and therefore are not able to teach a special training that they do not have.
